I believe I lost it

So I'm not to sure of whats going on anymore. Not sure if I'm miscarrying or if I'm still pregnant. The doctors told me I was miscarring cause I started bleeding and then my levels started dropping. Now I'm no longer bleeding, but my levels have rose back up. They said the doctors could've messed up, but IDK. I'm just confused and wanting answers! It seems like I can't ever get those anymore though.
